“Breakfast was good, although the chicken schnitzel smelled a little off.
The room was generally fine, but the soundproofing on the first floor was very poor. At 7:00 a.m., we could hear everything happening at reception.
There were cobwebs in the room. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, but it was heavily covered in pigeon droppings, so it was impossible to use.

“The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.”

“On arrival the very friendly receptionist got my stay off to a great start.
However, then came breakfast on Sunday morning and there was no coffee, they shrugged and said they had run out.
On Monday morning, exactly the same thing, staff again shrugged and couldn’t care less.
On Tuesday morning finally coffee was available.

“The Bristol was a wonderful experience for us. We had the superior deluxe room which was a very nice size. The shower was fantastic after a long international flight from the states. Excellent pressure and temperature. The hotel was very luxurious. The staff was amazing from the bell staff, front desk, waiters etc… they all made an effort to help us tremendously and all knew our names. The food was excellent from breakfast to dining experience and the dining courtyard had music nights on……
